Andrea M. Bossi is a writer from the South Side of Chicago who is currently attending Harvard. She studies Cognitive Neuroscience and African American Studies and has great interests in poetry, journalism, law, and history. To her, these interests are all intertwined and are, accordingly, apparent throughout her coursework, extracurricular activities, and more. Poetry, however, is her favorite type of writing.
Though she does not know what life will look like directly after graduating college, she plans to pursue an MFA in poetry and then earn a degree in law to work in civil rights and immigration law. Her previous writing includes poetry, journalism, and blog posts which have appeared in Forbes, the Harvard Crimson, ReVista: Harvard Review of Latin American, Chicago Magazine, and PALABRITAS.
