Start Date, Schedule, Benefits and Salary
The position would begin immediately on a part-time, work-at-home contract basis. When fundraising benchmarks are met, the job would ideally evolve to a full-time salaried position.
Should the Executive Director choose to live in France and is not a citizen or legal resident, the organization would provide an employment contract required for a long-term visa. This legal resident status comes with standard government benefits such as social security and free healthcare, childcare and education for the director, their partners and their children.
Short term compensation on a consultant basis is 1,500 to 2,000 USD per month, plus incentives for success. Long-term salary will be commensurate with the field and dependent upon fundraising.
