We recommend that you do not rent a car. Saint-Paul de Vence is a pedestrian village and parking is scarce and expensive. If you cannot find accomodations within walking distance of the village (warning: the region is hilly and cobblestoned; pack sensible shoes), we recommend booking your accommodations in the neighboring villages of la Colle-sur-Loup and Vence. Both are a 5 minute bus ride from St. Paul.
Also be aware:
During peak arrival and departure hours we will offer a low-cost airport shuttle to and from the airport
For events that end late, we will arrange shared rides back to your hotel
In the mornings, we will operate a private low-cost shuttle to the conference from Vence and la Colle-sur-Loup
Note: there are no grocery stores in St. Paul de Vence. The closest supermarkets can be found in Vence or la Colle-sur-Loup.
Book early: rooms in the region are often reserved well in advance.
